Cheoah Overlook is an exclusive gated community with a very limited number of home sites. All sites are spacious and private, with the smallest being 4+/- acres, and the largest being 17+/- acres. Utilities are
underground; subdivision bylaws will be provided upon request.

The home sites have many natural features including waterfalls, streams, a natural pond site, private trails, rock ledges and privacy created by nature's own boundaries. Easy access to State Route 28.

Known for it's unspoiled beauty, this area has been the location of several major motion pictures including: In Dreams ('99), Nell ('94), The Fugitive ('93), Two Lane Blacktop ('71), and has been featured in both "Outdoor" and "Sports Afield" magazines.
